Soviet Yakovlev Yak-11 Trainer became the Soviet Union Air Force's most widely used trainer airplane This aircraft first entered service in 1946. From 1947 through to 1956 by over 3,000 were built. The Yak-11 was used by all the countries in the Warsaw Pack, including Africa.
